How to enable developer mode on Discord ?

When coding your Discord bot, it is advised to enable the developer mode in Discord in order to easily get the id of the users, channels, chats, permissions... You will save precious time by doing so!

Enabling the Discord developer mode

To enable the developer mode:

1. Go in the User Parameters, in the Discord application.
2. On the left panel, click on the Appearance.
3. In Advanced, enable the Developer Mode option.

Get back to the main interface, right-click on a user or a channel for example and you should be able to access the Copy ID option:
